New Baby Update - 36 weeks and 4 days
Things are going REALLY good made it passed 36 weeks now so really its just a waiting game. Either my water brakes or I have the baby the 31 of Dec if my Amino Test for Lung Development can be done or Jan 7 is the day, which was our original date.
I am at that point where I am really uncomfortable, not sleeping well, up to go to the bathroom every 2 hours and of course getting kicked in the ribs.
In the mean time Korbin is really excited about his new brother or sister and Christmas... we ask him what are you asking Santa for for Christmas he says PRESENTS Mommy PRESENTS. It's so fun when they reach this age and have an idea of who Santa is.
In addition, Bill is being a wonderful Daddy as always, not only is he being Mr. Mom all the time he is finding fun things for him and Korbin to do... see pictures below:

Attitude...
"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude to me is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money than circumstances, then failures, then successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill.
It will make or break a company, a church, a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.
We cannot change our past... we can not change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play the one string we have, and that is our attitude.
I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes"

Why are some people so mean??
I have a very interesting few weeks... and my question is:
Why can people be so mean??
Sense the beginning days of school, there was always that "GROUP" you know the in "group", that you always wanted to be a part of and possibly were, but they always treated you as an outsider??
Mine point is, is that you new them at one point trusted them and then BOOM!!! they stab you in the back. They enjoy saying mean things or making up lies, or making you sad for what ever reason. They stopped talking to you with no explanation during one of the most important times of your life, or for some reason some of those people put themselves in there own shoe by being part of it, but said they never would.
Well, this last few weeks, I decided to remove myself from the Drama 100%, yes it took almost 2 years to let go, because I THOUGHT these people were my friends and now, I have let go and it feels sooooooo good.
Remember life is too short, people can be mean but don't let them get to you.
Enjoy Family and True friends, and if you believe what people say its your fault not mine or anyone elses.
To a new beginning of NO DRAMA!!

A Little Bumpy...
Our New Year started off with a few bumps, for one - me in emergency surgery New Years Eve after having a "code 99" called on me at work for a Gall Bladder attack. Everyone in the hospital came to my rescue I guess it was the best place for this to happen, haha.
We so sadly found out that Bill's dad has Stage 3 cancer in his neck, he has started all his treatments and the Doc has given us updates that he is doing really well...
and we stoped going to the gym.
So... Bill and I had it out Friday night, we started our new years a little later then most. We went on a lovely date night Sat night for our New Year, movies and dinner with a few cocktails, we go see is Dad or at least talk to him more often and we are back at the gym. We have made a few other new years resolutions this year:
1. Do not buy anymore BIG items, no cars, boats, motercycles ect.
2. Eat healthier
3. Enjoy our friends and family more, MORE PARTIES AT OUR HOUSE
4. Enjoy Korbin, help him grow, laughwith him and let him be himself
We are so excited to start this new year with good family and friends.
